Michael Barham, US
Army National Guard
Our spotlight shines again!! This time on
Michael Barham, brother to Cypress Cares fan,
Angela O'Guin. Read on to see what Angela
has to say about the hero in her life.
Michael
graduated from Southern Nash and joined the Navy
a year after in 1992 and spent his time with
them. He moved to OK where he joined the
oklahoma national guard in 2003 where he serves
as an MP.
He served in
iraq and is now in Afghanistan. While in
training at Camp Shelby in April of last year he
earned his in rank of E-5. Michael is married
and has 2 children and a stepson. I could not be
more proud of my baby brother. He is loving,
strong and a caring man. Sometimes I forget that
he is not that little brother that I had to
defend but now he is a man who is defending us
all.

Cypress Cares' Annual Golf
Tournament
We will hold our annual
tournament this year on
Friday, April 27, 2012
at
Gleannloch Pines Golf Club in Spring, TX.
Tee time will be at 1:00
This event will
provide most of the funds
necessary for Cypress Cares to ship care packages
for the year.
To register to participate in
the tournament, simply click on the link below, and
send a message with the name and email address of
your players.
Registration/payment must be made by April 20, 2012.
